Agreement in principle between Manchester United and Atalanta for Ederson. Fee is €40.5m plus €4.5m in add-ons. Ederson has already agreed terms. Medical to follow.

With a delay, but revealed at the time: Manchester United had been long-time admirers of Ederson. #MUFC Ederson deal to ManUtd is now done, after @TheAthletic and confirmed.

Manchester United continue in advanced talks for Ederson. All parties expect a deal to get done, although #MUFC in no major rush. Some of the numbers suggested are inflated. The deal discussed is well below €50m.
