Rumors is an independent, community-powered platform for tracking soccer transfer rumors in real time. We aggregate reports from hundreds of journalists and outlets worldwide, score their credibility, and give fans a single, unbiased place to follow the transfer window.

How it works

Every transfer thread on Rumors is backed by at least one verified source. Each source carries a credibility score based on its historic accuracy, so you can immediately tell whether a rumor comes from a reliable investigative journalist or a speculative tabloid headline. Our confidence meter rolls up all the evidence into a single percentage that updates as new reports arrive.

Community corrections

Logged-in contributors can suggest corrections to any rumor thread — updating a transfer status, fixing a team name, or linking a new source. Every suggestion goes through a moderation queue before it is published, which keeps data quality high while still letting the community help us cover the market faster than any single editorial team could.

Coverage

We currently cover professional soccer across the top European leagues, South America, and MLS. Coverage of additional leagues and sports is on the roadmap.
